credit can be issued. Return authorization number via email or phone
must be issued before return is made for appropriate credit or refund.
There will be No returns on embroidered flowers where
submitted embroidering information is
misspelled by purchaser.
Shipping: Specialty items require a ten day lead
time to account for production and delivery.
Rush Orders: Rush orders will be accommodated for
additional charge. Contact us for rush orders.
Substitutes: Some substitutes may be made on ribbon
or vase styles if requested
Tax: Sales tax will be added for all orders from the
state of Illinois
